- Perform accurate, high-quality diagnostic engine & electrical repairs and services
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services
- Communicate with Service Advisors and occasionally customers
- Maintain a clean, safe shop environment
- Assist with team tasks when needed
- 5+ years Automotive Technician experience or equivalent training
- ASE Certifications A1–A8 preferred; willingness to achieve Master ASE
- Valid Michigan mechanic license (required)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable
- Advanced diagnostics and mechanical repair expertise
- Own up-to-date tools
