Job Overview
Cleaning Residential, commercial and vacation rental properties. We operate 7 days a week, with varied days off. Starting wage depends on experience. We start out between 14-16/hour plus mileage reimbursement and tips as clients give them. Review and raise based on performance, quality and reliability after 90 days, and again at 1 year.

Varied Hours based on workload, General hours below:

Mon-Fri 9am-7pm - start and end times vary. M-W-F are late days, cleaning commercial spaces right after closing.

Sat-Sun 10am-4pm: Vacation rental properties

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated properties (Residential, Commercial and/or vacation rental) along the Ludington to Whitehall route, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, Living spaces and other common areas

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards and schedules

• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to team lead

• Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks accurately within the app provided

• Follow health and safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others

• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

• Ability to work independently and on a team with minimal supervision while managing time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift

• Your own reliable transportation to travel between locations along the Ludington to Whitehall route. Driving is a requirement of this position. Mileage is compensated.
