We sometimes call our CSRs “Happiness Coordinators” because they are, in a real sense, the VOICE of the company; They are the very FIRST person that every one of my customers talks to! And this first interaction determines how that customer will feel about our company.
Our Happiness Coordinators are like air traffic controllers, connecting our customers and our response teams together to deliver a fast, seamless experience for our customers. But it all starts with really listening to the person who calls in.
So yes, this is an extremely important position. It’s a job we respect enough to know it requires a special skill set AND the right personality to do it RIGHT.
So what we REALLY need are your communication skills first to listen, understand and empathize with what the customer is saying, and then we need your organizational skills to get them the help they want, and need.

You don’t have to have tons of experience on the phone, but here are some things we DO need you to be able to do-
REQUIREMENTS:
- Answer incoming client telephone calls and recognize that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company.
- Good communication with the client is essential! Has a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
- Ensure that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time.
- Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window.
- Call Membership clients, as scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls.
- Maintain customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
- Maintain a professional image at all times by:
- Following safety policies and procedures.
- Abiding by ALL standards of performance and code of ethics.
- Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
- Must be able to work during the hours of 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 5pm.
