Our client is hiring a Civil Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently bid on civil construction projects and handle all aspects of estimating, from reviewing plans to preparing accurate bids.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Review project drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work.

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.

• Work closely with project managers and engineers to refine bids.

• Conduct site visits when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil estimating.

• Ability to handle bids independently .

• Experience with estimating software and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Details:

• Location: Local candidates only (no relocation).

• Salary: DOE (Depends on Experience) .

• Type: Full-time, Direct Hire.
