Law Firm | Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: Approximately $65,000 annually
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the firm’s Controller /CFO (single leadership role). This position functions in a dual capacity , combining executive-level administrative support with hands-on accounting and HR responsibilities .

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Controller/Firm Administrator
- Assist with billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting functions
- Support monthly reporting, account reconciliation, and financial documentation
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits support, and employee records
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documentation
- Manage calendars, meetings, and follow up on action items
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and personnel information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in accounting/HR support
- Strong working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Prior exposure to HR or payroll-related responsibilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel required)
- Experience with accounting, billing, or HRIS systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary approximately $65,000 , depending on experience
