Wyoming Nurse Manager

We are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. This key role will oversee client care management, ensure compliance with state and company policies, provide skilled in home services and support the daily operations of our office. Position Summary The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing client care and associated administrative processes, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients, and supporting the overall daily operations of the office. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care. The Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with caregivers, office staff, and leadership to maintain compliance with state regulations, provide clinical oversight, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Client Care Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client care coordination and oversight.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide in home skilled visits as needed
- Monitor client care delivery and outcomes to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with state and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Oversee caregiver credentialing, including CPR/First Aid certifications and required training.
- Track and manage reporting, documentation, and auditing processes for client files.
- Support billing and operations teams with accurate client information and updates.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care delivery and operational efficiency.
- Help manage the daily operations of the office and support staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to caregivers and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with Caretech’s mission and values.
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Wyoming (required).
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community-based care.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of state regulations for in-home care services.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems and documentation software.
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
- This position does require occasional travel to client homes or community facilities.
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility required to meet client and business needs.
