The Principal, End-to-End Data Center Facilities Delivery Manager serves as a senior leader responsible for the planning, design, development, and commissioning of state-of-the-art data center facilities. This role oversees complex projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and global best practices in delivery, security, quality, and throughput.

This position will support the delivery of the GigaScale Campus Program , leading cross-functional coordination across design, construction, infrastructure, utilities, operations, and commissioning teams to successfully execute hyperscale data center developments at unprecedented scale and speed.

The role requires strong leadership in program execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, risk mitigation, and schedule management while driving standardization, operational excellence, and scalable delivery strategies across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in mission-critical facilities, large-scale construction delivery, and data center infrastructure development within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and GigaScale data center development projects from site due diligence through commissioning and operational turnover.

  • Oversee planning, design coordination, construction execution, commissioning, and startup activities across multiple concurrent campus developments.

  • Drive schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk management initiatives to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage cross-functional coordination between internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.

  • Support commercial strategy, contract negotiations, change management, and budget oversight for large-scale mission-critical infrastructure programs.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulatory requirements, environmental permitting, and industry best practices.

  • Lead infrastructure planning efforts including power, water, telecommunications, and campus utility integration.

  • Develop and implement scalable delivery processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and operational readiness plans.

  • Identify project risks, constraints, and execution challenges while driving mitigation and recovery strategies.

  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding program performance, delivery milestones, and critical path items.

  • Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the Stargate GigaScale Campus portfolio.

  • Mentor and develop project management, construction, and technical teams to support organizational growth and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or hyperscale data center development projects.

  • Proven experience delivering complex data center campuses or large infrastructure programs from concept through operational turnover.

  • Strong understanding of mission-critical systems including electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, networking, and utility infrastructure.

  • Deep knowledge of construction delivery methods, commissioning processes, contract administration, and commercial management practices.

  • Experience managing large EPC, GMP, design-build, or developer-led project delivery models.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost management, and risk mitigation methodologies.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with aggressive delivery schedules and evolving business requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel as required to support multi-site campus development activities.

  • Preferred experience supporting hyperscale AI, cloud, or high-density compute infrastructure environments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
