Dealership Accounts Receivable
Ray Laethem is a trusted name in the automotive industry. We're looking for a detail orientated, organized, and enthusiastic Office Generalist to join our team and support the smooth operation of our dealership.
Position Summary: The Office Generalist will play a key role in supporting various administrative, clerical, and customer service functions across departments. This position requires someone who is flexible, dependable, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data entry, billing and processing vehicle paperwork
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process monthly receivable statements
- Process Extended Warranty Claims
- Process Aftermarket Cancellations
- Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or dealership experience is a plus
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DMS, and other dealership programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
