Were seeking a School Social Worker to support K12 students for the entire 20252026 academic year . • Start Date: August 2025 (Start of school year)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.540 hours/week
• Location: Southgate, MI
• Student Levels: Elementary school through high school (specific caseload discussed during interview)
• Salary: Competitive Compensation (Based on Credentialing and Experience)

To be considered, applicants must have :

• A Mastersin Social Worker
• Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW)
• 310 Certificate
• Prior School Experience preferred

• Provide direct support and counseling services to both Special Education (SE) and General Education (GE) students.
• Implement responsive and proactive services addressing student needs.
• Deliver Social Emotional Learning (SEL) instruction and interventions.
• Collaborate with staff and families to enhance students academic success and well-being.
