The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, including production operators, skilled trades, engineers, and supervisors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions across multiple plant locations.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled technical and operational talent.
• Partner closely with manufacturing plant managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within a safety-focused environment.
• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for production roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and secure candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades, operations).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with an understanding of manufacturing-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages relevant to the local candidate pool.
• Prior experience recruiting for roles within a unionized environment.
• Basic understanding of technical roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation) relevant to manufacturing.
