Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for material planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring production continuity.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management to secure favorable terms and quality.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations for efficient material flow.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering to align material availability with demand forecasts.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track material movement, generate reports, and drive process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory planning and control.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels and improve material flow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
• Experience with global supply chain management and international logistics
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau
