Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to develop, edit, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to gather detailed information, standardizing content, and ensuring that complex technical concepts are communicated effectively to a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in technical fields.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, write, edit, and format technical documents such as process manuals, system specifications, guideline documents, and procedure manuals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand documentation needs.
3. Standardize content across different platforms and media for consistency and clarity.
4. Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
5. Translate complex technical terms and concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
6. Conduct regular reviews and revisions to keep documentation current with process and product changes.
7. Work closely with project teams to understand product details and requirements for documentation.

Required Qualifications

1. Associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, or currently enrolled in such a program at an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within a technical environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical documentation tools.
5. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with cross-functional teams to produce documentation.
2. Familiarity with documentation standards and best practices in technical writing.
