Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production line staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Prepare daily production reports and analyze performance metrics.

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Experience with automated production lines or robotics
