Position Summary: Olympian Mortgage is seeking a highly methodical, process-driven Director of Operations to oversee the daily production workflow of our lending platform. We are looking for a stabilizer—an individual who thrives in a high-volume, structured environment and possesses the natural stamina to manage a relentless pipeline with total consistency.

The ideal candidate is someone who excels at taking high-level technical strategies and turning them into reliable, repeatable mechanical systems. You will be the primary engine ensuring that our commitments to borrowers and partners are met with precision every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the daily loan flow from submission to funding, ensuring no file sits idle and department handoffs are seamless.
• Process Optimization: Design and implement step-by-step operational workflows that prioritize reliability, speed, and total accuracy.
• System Integrity: Oversee the data integrity within our LOS and CRM platforms, ensuring our technical infrastructure supports high-speed production.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for the processing and closing teams, providing steady, logic-based leadership.
• Traffic Control: Manage the internal allocation of resources, re-assigning tasks based on volume fluctuations to maintain industry-leading turn times.

Required Qualifications:

• Operational Excellence: A proven track record of managing complex, high-volume mortgage operations with a focus on "no surprises" execution.
• Logic-Driven Decision Making: The ability to make critical operational choices based on objective data and factual analysis.
• Process Discipline: A natural preference for structured environments and the ability to maintain excellence in repetitive, high-stakes tasks.
• Experience: 7+ years in Mortgage Operations Management with a background in stabilizing high-growth environments.
