What you’ll do

• Translate work orders, machining sheets, and templates into accurate CNC and machine operations for door configuration.
• Operate only machines you’re certified on; maintain a high level of proficiency with each.
• Run safely and efficiently; perform periodic maintenance and promptly report equipment issues or safety risks to the Shop Supervisor.
• Identify discrepancies or defects and notify the Shop Supervisor right away.
• Execute tasks in the most efficient way to maximize production without sacrificing safety.
• Follow all applicable quality control standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Communicate schedule changes (late arrival/early departure) to the Shop Supervisor.
• Upon finishing daily work orders, inform the Shop Supervisor and transition to new assignments or begin preparing the next day’s work.

What you bring

• Comfort working under general supervision.
• Ability to tackle moderately complex problems and escalate more complex issues appropriately.
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of relevant machinery and processes.

• Lift 1–30# frequently (up to 50% in an 8-hour day)
• Lift 30–60# regularly (up to 30% in an 8-hour day)
• Lift 60+# occasionally (up to 25% in an 8-hour day)
