Adecco is seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Recruiter to join our team in Brighton, MI. As a key colleague within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.

• Represent Adecco professionally at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or corporate).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.

• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

Pay Details: $23.08 to $26.44 per hour
