Assembler
Location: Portland, MI
Shift:3rd shift 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $20+/hr
Hiring for multiple openings!
Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical parts, tools, and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect finished products and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Report any defects, errors, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
