Daily Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
Provide follow-up communication and ongoing client support
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Participate in training and mentorship programs to strengthen professional skills
