- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel and equipment components
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, torches, and drills
- Ensure weld quality and maintain clean, accurate workmanship
- Assist with fitting, layout, and final assembly of equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Work with the production team to meet project deadlines
- 5+ years of welding/fabrication experience required
- Strong MIG welding skills required
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
- Experience using fabrication and shop tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with heavy equipment or trailer manufacturing
- TIG or stick welding experience
- Mechanical or hydraulic experience is a plus
- Forklift experience
