Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing and reporting on variances.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other statutory reporting requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Prior involvement in ERP system implementations or significant module optimizations.
• Exposure to international manufacturing operations and multi-currency accounting.
