Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for complex production challenges and equipment optimization.

• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in driving technical innovation and process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) such as SAP or Oracle
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization and predictive analytics
