Sales Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. We are looking for a personable and driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting products or services, providing detailed information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong problem-solving abilities; and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus. A background in fertilization, core and 3A certified.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a keen attention to detail.
