Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol development, execution, deviations, and final reports.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal quality standards.
• Participate in the qualification of new equipment and the re-qualification of existing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, on validation projects.
• Maintain validation master plans and ensure the ongoing validation status of critical systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food and beverage).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols and reports.
• Experience with equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and/or computer system validation.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and change control procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
• - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
• - Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
