What You’ll Do

• Drive new business by connecting with prospects, sparking conversations, and converting leads

• Consult with clients to identify needs and craft personalized insurance solutions

• Sell and cross-sell top-rated Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build trusting client relationships with ongoing support and proactive policy reviews

• Exceed sales targets to help power agency success

• Stay sharp with up-to-date product knowledge and compliance

• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals

• Energize team meetings and sales strategy sessions with your insights

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience or a record of goal-crushing performance

• Outstanding communicator and confident negotiator

• Motivated, resourceful, and fearless with outbound calls

• Coachable, ambitious, and eager to learn

• Exceptionally organized with great time management

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to get licensed soon)

• Bilingual talent a major plus
