Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for product integration and application in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing processes and recommend optimal solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and performance testing on customer sites or in labs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product implementation and operation.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and external customers.
• Generate comprehensive application notes, technical reports, and user documentation.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D to drive product improvements and new feature development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
• Proven expertise with manufacturing automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
• Experience providing technical support, pre-sales consultation, or post-sales assistance to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and presentations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation, data analysis, or custom tool development.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as Additive Manufacturing, IIoT, or AI/ML applications.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSWP, ISA) or specialized training in specific manufacturing software/systems.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, workshops, or training sessions to diverse audiences.
