About the Role

We're seeking a dependable, safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our Sodus, Michigan team . In this role, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day warehouse operations, helping move materials efficiently, safely, and accurately throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to move industrial bags and materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks with accuracy, care, and efficiency
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checks
• Transport finished goods to storage locations and stage outbound shipments
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to protect products and team members
• Track material movement to help maintain accurate inventory levels
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift

• Confidence handling large or bulky materials
• Ability to maneuver safely in tight spaces
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems

PhysicalWork Environment

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Work in an industrial distribution environment with machinery, noise, and dust
• Comfortable working in fluctuating temperatures
