Job Description:

The State of Michigan – DTMB/eMichigan is seeking a Programmer Analyst 5 to join a team of skilled developers dedicated to building and enhancing digital services. This role is ideal for a developer with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Angular, who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment.

Specialty Areas:

• Web Development – Strong experience in C# MVC and .NET Core for building backend services.

• Front-End Development – Proficient in Angular for building responsive user interfaces.

• Collaboration – Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

• Source Control – Skilled in branching and merging strategies using version control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive and write functional requirements and technical specifications.

• Develop performant, secure, and user-friendly applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.

• Design and implement backend logic using Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Apply best practices in source control, including branching and merging strategies.

• Participate in agile development practices and team ceremonies.

Mandatory Requirements:
