Business Analyst
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, local candidates only within 90 minutes)

Job Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct GAP/SWOT analysis, and assess IT integration impacts.
- Create and maintain documentation including wireframes, process models, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, and traceability matrices.
- Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and manage product backlog, Kanban boards, and Sprint planning using Azure DevOps.
- Decompose requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; support test planning and use case development.
- Collaborate with financial systems stakeholders ensuring alignment with SEM, PMM, and SADLC methodologies.
