Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee all product quality inspections, testing, and final release processes.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring, to ensure quality of incoming materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality through data analysis and lean methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Recruit, train, and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, mentor, and develop a quality team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and management
