Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing plant P&L, budgets, and driving operational efficiencies.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Engineering Management)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations
• Proven experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI)
