Box Truck Driver – Auburn Hills, MI
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Box Truck Driver to support deliveries and warehouse operations in Auburn Hills, MI. This role involves driving a box truck to customer locations and assisting with dock work or rework projects between routes to ensure consistent hours.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- Day shift (exact hours discussed during interview).
Pay Rate:
- $18–$19 per hour (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a box truck to deliver materials to customer locations.
- Load and unload products as needed.
- Assist with dock work, rework, or warehouse tasks between deliveries.
- Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch/warehouse team.
- Ensure on-time and professional customer deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Chauffeur’s License (required).
- Previous box truck driving experience preferred.
- Warehouse and/or Hi-Lo (forklift) experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Willingness to assist with non-driving tasks to stay productive.
