Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role will focus primarily on unit turns, with some work orders as needed, making it ideal for someone efficient, detail-oriented, and experienced in property maintenance.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Complete apartment unit turns, including repairs, upgrades, and readiness for move-ins
• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple trades
• Address occasional service requests/work orders
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must have:

• Proven experience in carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing
• Strong knowledge of city and agency building codes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Your own set of tools (required)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Standard work attire: jeans or work pants and shirts appropriate for maintenance work
