As General Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for hotel operations while guiding a dedicated leadership team, ensuring brand standards are met, and driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, involved, and impactful.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Administration and with full service properties' Food & Beverage, and Banquets
• Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and their teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure brand standards and our expectations are consistently met
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow occupancy, events, and revenue
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, ownership, brand partners, vendors, and the local community
• Be visible and engaged—regularly walking the property to connect with guests and team members
• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability, recognition, and teamwork
• Ensure safety, compliance, and property standards are upheld at all times

• Financial and operational expertise with the ability to drive results

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of General Manager experience preferred, or 10+ years of progressive hotel management experience
• Brand experience a plus
• CPR, TIPS, and Food Manager certifications preferred
