???? What You’ll Do

???? Sales & Operations Support

• Be the go-to support for both SonxTOP & SonxMAC sales teams
• Communicate with customers about orders, updates, and documentation
• Create quotes, invoices, proposals, and more (you make it official ✍️)
• Manage order logs, customer records, and sales documentation
• Work your magic in SAP to track orders, pricing, and invoicing
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and customer visits
• Support trade shows and sales events

• Assist with marketing initiatives and company events
• Support social media activities
• Help coordinate visits for international colleagues
• Participate in audits and quality management efforts
• Review contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions

???? What You Bring

• Background in Business or International Business
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

???? Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with SAP and customs systems (like CBP ACE)
• Knowledge of import/export laws and HS classifications
• Familiarity with ISO standards or KPI tracking
