Our busy, client-focused CPA firm is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Manager to support daily operations with a strong focus on efficiency and project management.

Office Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Maintain a positive office atmosphere through leadership and communication Interact and problem-solve with the owner, staff, clients, and prospects
• Develop and maintain administrative systems, records, and office procedures
• Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable and billing systems
• Assist with payroll processing and review
• Coordinate key marketing initiatives

Office Manager Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
