New Car Sales Manager
Description of the role:
As a New car Sales Manager at Bowman Chevrolet, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of New vehicles at our dealership in Clarkston, MI. You will lead a team of sales professionals and ensure that customers receive excellent service throughout the buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Oversee the pricing and merchandising of new vehicles
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of the new vehicle market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
