A reliable and organized assistant to help support the daily operations of the business. The role would involve helping manage schedules, organizing emails and documents, assisting with real estate paperwork and transaction files, and helping keep everything running smoothly as deals move forward. The assistant may also help with entering and updating client information in the CRM, coordinating appointments with clients and service providers, assisting with listing preparation, and helping with simple marketing tasks such as organizing property information or social media content
