: Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Loan Processor) Schedule: Day shifts with a 5-day workweek, including weekends Role Overview: Join Bluegreen Vacations as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for preparing accurate contracts, meeting with customers, and ensuring an enjoyable and accurate paperwork process. Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts accurately and on time for new customers and owner upgrades.
• Meet purchasers face-to-face, reviewing and ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
• Make the paperwork process enjoyable and engaging for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Spanish bilingual proficiency valued
• Customer service and administrative experience
