Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Loan Processor) Schedule: Day shifts with a 5-day workweek, including weekends Role Overview: Join Bluegreen Vacations as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for preparing accurate contracts, meeting with customers, and ensuring an enjoyable and accurate paperwork process. Responsibilities: - Prepare contracts accurately and on time for new customers and owner upgrades.
- Meet purchasers face-to-face, reviewing and ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
- Make the paperwork process enjoyable and engaging for clients.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual proficiency valued
- Customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
