Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Tree Service Crew Member to join our team. You’ll be an essential part of our field crew, helping us deliver top-tier service while ensuring job sites are safe, efficient, and professionally maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tree removals, pruning, and trimming using proper safety procedures

• Operate or support operation of chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and other equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite from setup to final cleanup

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Represent Ole Man RB’s with professionalism and respect on every job

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform physical labor, and use basic hand tools

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)

• Experience in tree service, landscaping, or construction is a bonus — but we’ll train the right person
