Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize carrying costs.
• Develop and implement robust cycle counting programs and conduct periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to forecast demand and manage material flow.
• Identify and manage the disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control and management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles, including cycle counting, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and warehousing best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience in training and developing staff.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
