Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management on production planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, communicating key metrics to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• - Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
