$17-$23/hr + tips (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)
Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat while players join online from around the state.
No experience needed. Bring the personality. We'll train the rest.

- Host live casino games on camera — Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Enthusiastically introduce players, explain the rules, and announce winners
- Deal cards and spin the wheel with quick, accurate technique
- Engage players in friendly, professional conversation every shift

Shift Options
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis
- Weekend availability required
Who We're Looking For
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing background welcome
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Energetic, professional, and reliable
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No casino experience required whatsoever
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
