Are you a relationship builder with a passion for automotive innovation? As an OE Account Manager , you will be the primary architect of our partnerships within assigned OEM and Specialty Vehicle accounts. You won’t just manage accounts; you will drive growth, champion the customer experience, and serve as a vital link between market needs and our powertrain integration solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Drive Growth: Grow revenue and profitability by securing new business and maintaining existing accounts through routine customer engagement and market research.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for your accounts, troubleshooting complex issues and leading cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with business development to identify new markets and applications for Ford components, providing data-driven insights for product strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize Salesforce and ERP system for sales analysis, reporting, and pipeline management while ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards and credit terms.
- Performance Leadership: Conduct regular sales meetings to align on objectives and provide consistent updates on account health and new business progress to the OEM Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. To be successful, you will typically possess:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required; an Engineering degree is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of related experience in account management (OEM preferred), sales, or business development; or an equivalent combination of education and professional training.
- Prior automotive powertrain experience is highly desired; experience in non-automotive sectors (Marine, Industrial, Defense) is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM and the ability to travel routinely to maintain customer relationships.
