Experienced Financial Planning Assistant
Hantz Group recognizes that each area of one’s financial situation impacts the other and that is why we offer a holistic approach to our client’s financial planning. Financial Planning is the core of our holistic approach. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will work as part of a team with Financial Advisors and other Specialist within the organization. The role includes meeting prep, communicating with clients, following up with our operations team to follow up on business flow.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in booking appointments for advisors
- Prepare declaration page quote sheet for meetings, application and mailing
- Maintain a good rapport with clients as well as staff members
- Assist advisors with client services
- Coordinate business and meetings with advisors, tax team and estate planners
- Attend Meetings and Continuing Education Sessions
- Comply with All Industry Rules and Regulations
- All other tasks assigned
Education/Knowledge & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic database skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Series 7 Licensed Preferred
- Must be Able to Obtain Required Licenses*
