Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices across the production facility.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., MES, ERP integration, SCADA).
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect intellectual property, production data, and operational technology.
• Provide technical support and resolution for IT-related issues affecting production lines and business functions.
• Lead IT projects, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships for technology solutions relevant to manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical manufacturing IT systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, industrial IoT).
• Strong project management skills for IT infrastructure and application deployments.
• Expertise in IT security, data management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and operational efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (SCADA, MES, PLCs) and their integration with IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, AI/ML, or digital twin technologies in a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies and how IT supports process optimization.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing-specific ERP modules (e.g., production planning, quality management, supply chain optimization).
