Front Desk Security Specialist Location Ann Arbor, MI : Front Desk Security Specialist for Technology Campus Location: Ann Arbor, MI : Responsibilities of the unarmed front desk security specialist include signing visitors in and out, taking phone calls, looking for signs of intrusion, investigating disturbances, contacting the police in case of emergency, and operating surveillance systems. Job Qualifications: Must pass a criminal Background check. Must have a clean background. Excellent surveillance and observation skills. Experience with conflict resolution. Customer service skills. Education Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. Proven success in the following job competencies. Strong oral and written communication capabilities. Ability to work with team members, clientele to manage risk and ensure compliance. Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner. Professional appearance. Requirements:
Associates Degree Preferred
3 years experience in law enforcement, military, security or related field
Experience in customer service
Experience with multi-video surveillance is a plus
Ability to multi-task
Valid Driver's License
Clean Background
Reliable transportation
Available shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Pay: up to $17/hr, based on experience Benefits:
