Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage supplier quality by evaluating performance and addressing material non-conformities.
• Investigate customer complaints and lead efforts for timely and effective resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Experience as an internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality module integration.
