Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational costs.
• Oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement to support efficient maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes, tools, and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs and industrial automation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in budget management and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced CMMS administration or implementation experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
