Job Summary

eMortgage Funding is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our Loan Officer Assistant Program , a structured, paid pathway to becoming a Licensed Loan Officer . This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience who are looking to build a long-term, high-income career in the mortgage industry.

You’ll receive hands-on training, classroom instruction, and full licensing support while working alongside experienced Loan Officers. No prior mortgage experience is required—just the drive to succeed, a strong work ethic, and comfort being on the phone.

As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with top-producing Loan Officers
• Learn mortgage products, guidelines, and sales strategies
• Engage with homeowners to present refinancing solutions
• Receive paid training while preparing for the NMLS SAFE Exam

Once licensed, you’ll have the flexibility to move into:

• Uncapped commission structure, or
• Salary + commission compensation model

Our company covers all required licensing education and exam costs, giving you everything you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience (phone or in-person required)
• Comfortable being on the phone several hours per day
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and financially driven
• Strong belief in personal growth and long-term success
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

• Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start date
