Ford is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Program Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support embedded and vehicle-related cybersecurity initiatives. This is a time-critical role requiring strong leadership and technical depth.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience (senior-level candidate)

• Strong cybersecurity background

• Experience managing embedded systems and embedded hardware

• Some exposure to hardware manufacturing environments

• Ability to support and build software and cybersecurity programs

• Proven experience leading and building teams
